El Sieger-Long Life está hecho de cerámica. Un material densamente sinterizado sin aglomerante, que contiene las siguientes propiedades debido a la estructura cristalina:

Ventaja:El Sieger-Long Life es superior a un acero de afilado común debido a su utilidad universal y su resistencia para usarse con todos los tipos de acero europeos, pero también con hojas asiáticas. Especialidades:El mango de buena forma y el borde de seguridad previenen cortes. La punta de plástico y el borde de seguridad sirven como amortiguadores elásticos.

Sieger ruby knife sharpener

This is my fourth Sieger sharpener. After watching an amazing demonstration on YouTube I ordered one. These work best when used to maintain a fine edge on quality knives rather than resharpening a damaged blade. If you simply use this frequently on a good blade the knife will perform perfectly. Expensive but worth it. I have them in the kitchen, shop and bought two more for my children.

Sieger knife sharpener is a good choice !

As I mentioned before the Knife sharpener is a great tool for my husband’s work, after use this sharper the knife going to be more sharp than before! Even something unhappy happens about the shipping, but still it’s a worthy to wait.

Perfect cut

Lovely product that is a joy to use. Would be very nice if there was a guard to stop the slice coming out of the slicer hitting the handle. Also the suction cups slip on a stone bench top. Perhaps there could be a hook to grab the edge of the bench.
