The Peugeot MADRAS Olivewood U-Select Steel Grinder features a sleek, minimalist, and ultra-modern design. This manual pepper mill perfectly combines an olivewood body with a stainless steel base. The ingenious MADRAS mill offers a large storage capacity, eliminating the need for a vertical central shaft, making refilling a breeze. The magnetic closure of the MADRAS pepper mill ensures easy refilling.

The precise U-Select adjustment system located at the base of the mill allows you to choose from 6 pre-set grind levels. The special surface treatment of the steel grinding mechanism protects it from corrosion, maintaining the extreme sharpness of the blade and its resistance to wear.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
