I love this slicer! It is well made. Thanks to the carriage and pusher I'm not afraid that I'll lose my fingers. The bread guide to keep the slices away from the crank is a great addition. A quick wipe of the counter top and suction cups with a damp cloth and the machine will stick to the counter like superglue. Slices through crusty sourdough like a hot knife through butter. Just fantastic!

This is a well made tool. Use it for bread, English muffins, and bagels.

The difficulty of slicing fresh baked bread was frustrating. No matter what knife I used, slices became mangled, crumbled and the sizes were inconsistent.
This slicer is a game changer and is the smoothest operating device that proves beautifully sliced bread. Do NOT buy a knockoff! This is worth every penny!

The Fischer combo temp/humidity sauna gauge is VERY good. Looks good, works properly. Matches our sauna interior. Would definitely recommend it.
