The Comandante was really nicely manufactured. It produced a very clear and balance cup. Shipping was very fast too. No issues.
I was able to order Ritter Amano slicer blades and extra board, which I could not order directly from ritterwerk.com. The smooth and serrated blades expand the use of the slicer - and I feel a manual slicer provides more personal control.
