After you figure out proper grinding speed (live and learn). Does grind on lowest setting (fine) close enough to Turkish coffee making standards (powder) and that is the reason why I bought it - due to travelling; because grinded coffee which you buy is to coarse even on their fine settings.

Does exactly what is meant for. Takes a little bit more metal than using sharpening stones, but does the job way faster. My wusthof knifes went from slightly dull to well sharpened within 10 strokes.
