Noble wood paired with stainless-steel – the Zassenhaus salt and pepper mills AUGSBURG bring a discreet elegance into your kitchen. In the long-living wooden corpus the high-performance ceramics grinding mechanism is awaiting its use.

In the coarse grinder area, the mill charge is crushed at first, then the fine grinder completes the mill charge. You are pleased to have a uniform outcome and an easy handling as well. You can adjust the six grinding levels at the grinder bottom. Degree of grinding remains exactly the same while refilling and can always be seen on the adjustment ring.

With the salt and pepper mills you can enjoy your steak in a perfect way and the mills are a looker on your well-laid table!

Best thing to slice bread!

I love this slicer! It is well made. Thanks to the carriage and pusher I'm not afraid that I'll lose my fingers. The bread guide to keep the slices away from the crank is a great addition. A quick wipe of the counter top and suction cups with a damp cloth and the machine will stick to the counter like superglue. Slices through crusty sourdough like a hot knife through butter. Just fantastic!

Outstanding and smooth bread slicer

The difficulty of slicing fresh baked bread was frustrating. No matter what knife I used, slices became mangled, crumbled and the sizes were inconsistent.
