Stable fine adjustment of the Kornkraft Toscana hand mill. The Toscana hand grain mill from Kornkraft is infinitely adjustable. With the Toscana, all grains except corn can be ground to either fine flour for baking or coarse meal, for example, for your fresh grain muesli. The desired degree of fineness can be easily set with the large, smooth-running wooden adjustment wheel on the crank. The ground product falls dust-free into the extra large drawer of the Toscana. The wooden hopper of this Kornkraft grain millholds 600 g of grain.

Table clamps for the Kornkraft Toscana hand mill. With the two table clamps included, the Kornkraft Toscana can be securely attached to any plate up to 45 mm thick. This means you can clamp this hand grain mill to any table or work surface in any desired position, even extra stable "around the corner".
The Toscana hand mill is made of solid beech wood from local forestry. The surfaces are carefully finished and polished with ecological Auro beeswax balm. With the ball-bearing crank of the Kornkraft Toscana, you can easily drive the self-sharpening and self-centering cone grinding mechanism made of Naxos basalt in magnesite-salt binding. The grinding mechanism works residue-free and therefore does not need to be cleaned after use.
