I was able to order Ritter Amano slicer blades and extra board, which I could not order directly from ritterwerk.com. The smooth and serrated blades expand the use of the slicer - and I feel a manual slicer provides more personal control.
I wanted to replace the breakfast boards that we have had for many years since they were warped and not in very good shape. I searched online and found the exact type we wanted from Zassenhaus and they are indeed perfect. And they arrived within a reasonable time. Thank you!
