Awesome!

The Kull Spaetzle Press was exactly what always wanted. I love that there is no pin to lose when taking it apart for cleaning and the Highly Polished coating makes it look great. Reminds me of my Oma's press.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
