Pricing & Additional Costs for Customs/Taxes:
Shipping is from Germany. All prices in our shop are shown without tax (VAT). There may be additional costs due to import duties and taxes (except USA, see note below). You usually pay these directly to the postman or to UPS. In many countries there are relatively high exemption limits and you do not have to pay customs duties and VAT. If necessary, you can obtain information from your customs office (also online).

USA Sales Tax and Customs:
For orders to the USA, possible additional costs such as customs duties and taxes (sales tax) are borne by us in advance.

We offer you cheap standard shipping or fast shipping with UPS Expedited or DHL. Shipping costs are listed below in USD. If you order in another currency, they will be converted at the current daily rate. The shipping costs given below are per order.

 

Standard Shipping

As a rule, you will receive your delivery in your country with the local postal company. (For example: USPS (USA), Canada Post, Australia Post, Japan Post, …).

The delivery times for standard shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this. There can be big differences depending on the country. For important orders, you'd better choose UPS Saver because the delivery date is relatively safe here.
