Power outage

The thermometer was our connection to the house temperature during a prolonged power outage. They, the hygrometer and thermometer, are well made and one day soon will be installed in the finished wine cellar, also known as the wine closet.

I agree with several professional people on Youtube, these pour over burrs are great for Pour over coffee. I'm not a professional coffee person. But for me my brews are much better than before.
