形状は変更できません。

 

シュペッツレのレシピ（生麺）
2～3 人分を盛り付けるには、小麦粉 1 カップ (1/4 ポンド)、水または牛乳 1/3～1/2 カップ、卵 1 個、塩小さじ 1 を混ぜます。スプーンまたはハンドミキサーで、生地に気泡が出てくるまでよく混ぜます。

  1. 充填する前にプレス機を冷水ですすいでください（大量に作る場合は、再充填する前にもすすいでください）。
  2. 塩を入れた沸騰したお湯 3 クォートの中に生地をゆっくりと押し込みます。その際、短い麺の場合は生地を押し出す部分をお湯から 2 ～ 3 インチ (約 6 ～ 8 cm)、長い麺の場合は生地を押し出す部分をお湯から 4 ～ 5 インチ (約 10 ～ 12 cm) 上に置きます。
  3. 麺が浮き上がったらすぐに水を切り、お湯または冷水ですすいでください。使用後はすぐに冷水でプレスをすすいでください。プレスを熱いプレートの上に置かないでください。

Excited to try

It arrived packaged very nicely, everything looked good. I haven't tried it yet but I do like the way the arm detaches to clean the press. I plan on making spaetzle very soon. I am super excited.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
