Comandante Barista Brush

The Comandante Barista brush was specifically designed for removing fine coffee residues that larger brushes often cannot reach. The dark brown handle is made of pear wood and is 13 cm (5.1 inches) long and 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide, giving the brush a simple but high-quality look.

The black bristles, sourced from wild boars, are 2 cm (0.8 inches) long and particularly effective at removing coffee residues. The Comandante logo on the handle completes the design. The brush is both functional and aesthetic and is perfect for any barista who wants to keep their workspace clean. Made in Germany!

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

I love my bead slicer. It is a game changer.
We only eat homemade bread;
sour dough being our favorite.
The Zassenhaus bread slicer is worth every dollar I spent to buy it.

I would make a design change. I would have more space between where the turning handle is and where the bread comes out.
The bread can get caught up in that area as it is now.

The adjustment I made to this was to cut my loaf in half lengthwise and then slice half slice pieces of bread. They do not get caught up as a whole slice of bread does.

Perfect!

The Ritter was the third slicer I tried after using a Zassenhaus, and a commercial electric slicer. The first two were definitely n ot what I was looking for. Although the Zassenhaus seemed like a good fit, there were technical issues that need to be resolved before it could even compare to the Ritter. For example, when slicing, the Ritter has a bar on the backside that holds the bread near the actual body, so the handle does not catch it and rip it as it comes out of the back. The other one does not and ends up ruining countless slices of bread. I also found the Ritter to operate much smoother. I would recomment this manual slicer to anyone looking to evenly slice homemade bread, etc.
