Just what I needed!

We cook an annual Oktoberfest meal and I like to keep it as authentic as possible. This was the perfect tool to take it to the next level.

Very nice

Tested it shortly after receiving it for a small batch of Spatzles and they came out very nice and just as expected. Also easy to clean with first cold and then hot and soapy water.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
