For ice professionals, left-handed version! 18/10 stainless steel, with thermally insulated plastic handle, ergonomic design. Enclosed colored tags to identify the scoopers in different sizes. Also very suitable for rice, puree, salads, butter, quark and melon balls.

Left handed scoop

It’s a nice scoop but it was the wrong size. I needed a 3 3/4 but my size from cups to ml was a little off. Opps. Next time I guess.

No worries about the size – this model is available in 25 ml (0.85 fl oz), 33 ml (1.12 fl oz), and 50 ml (1.69 fl oz). The selected size is clearly shown in the dropdown menu on the product page, including both diameter and ml, to help with choosing the right one.

This is very well built. Not used much yet but clearly a durable product. Expensive but obviously worth the price.

Best shop and product for flaking compared to much more costly versions

Perfect flaker, easy with the long handle, easier than electric ones without the blockages and mess of other brands. Only shop to post so quickly too. I could have literally saved a couple of thousand dollars buying here is i knew it existed and posted to australia earlier. I make mung bean flakes then roast in the oven! 😊

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread

I love my bead slicer. It is a game changer.
We only eat homemade bread;
sour dough being our favorite.
The Zassenhaus bread slicer is worth every dollar I spent to buy it.

I would make a design change. I would have more space between where the turning handle is and where the bread comes out.
The bread can get caught up in that area as it is now.

The adjustment I made to this was to cut my loaf in half lengthwise and then slice half slice pieces of bread. They do not get caught up as a whole slice of bread does.
