手動amano5フードスライサーは、高品質の素材にこだわり、主に頑丈な金属で作られており、その時代を超えたデザインでどんな家にもシームレスに溶け込みます。

滑らかなハンドクランクで簡単に操作され、プレミアムなブナのハンドルが特徴です。このスライサーは電気を必要とせず、いつでもどこでも使用できる柔軟性を確保します。大きな硬い食材のスライスを向上させるために、amano5には食材を誘導するバーが組み込まれており、クランクの動きを妨げることなく中断することなくスライスを行うことができます。食材はスムーズにクランクを通過し、指定された竹製ボードに移動します。このボードはスライサーの下の指定されたトラックにぴったりと収まり、ラストリックなサービングプレートやカッティングボードとしても使用できます。

amano5には4つの吸盤が付いており、シリコン吸盤で表面にしっかりと固定され、しっかりとした安定性を確保します。

スライスの厚さを約20mmまでシームレスに調整でき、ステンレス製の食材キャリッジは簡単に取り外して簡単にクリーニングできます。

An excellent bread slicer

This is an excellent bread slicer.
It is easy to use and easy to clean. For someone who bakes bread weekly, this slicer is most useful.
In the past I have tried various brands of electric bread slicers. None were to my satisfaction.
This one, however, is my kitchen jewel.

Great non-electric slicer

Solid metal construction, great appearance on the counter as well as excellent cutting performance. Used it for home made breads, thinly slicing roast beef and salami so far. Regret for not having bought one earlier, to be frank. Great and versatile utensil, a must have.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
