Eschenfelder - Cover for grain squeeze table model

In Germany, hand-sewn covered cover made of chemically untreated, canvas-bindy nettle tissue (raw cotton). It protects the grain squeeze and keeps it dust-free.

Washed at 40 degrees - shrinks once and in the width and length and then fits exactly on the grain squeeze.

A NOTICE:

For the grain squeezing, which were retrofitted with a handle, the cover for the grain-squeeze wall model is suitable!

Your Grandmothers oatmeal

After years of eating terrible store bought oatmeal I finally bought this unit to make my own. Having used it for the last few weeks I was not disappointment. I realized I should have bought this ten years ago. Both the cover and the grain squeezer are built with great quality and was shipped fast.

Retro hand bread slicer exceeded expectations

I am an avid sour dough bread maker. I found slicing my SD bread difficult and messy. Even using a powered meat slicer, it was a difficult and potentially dangerous procedure. The Zassenhaus slicer arrived very quickly. Out of the box, it was smaller than expected and a little under-whelming. Then we tried it. It worked so well, so safely and so easily. It is really a well designed and well made item. I highly recommend it. I am even offering to slice for my SD making friends. It is so fun and satisfying to use.
