I’ve tried sharpening knives with whetstones, and while I could get them sharp, I never felt like I had the technique just right. Which meant that instead every couple of years we would pay someone to sharpen our knives.

The Horl 2 sharpener is easy to use, and gives a really good finish. And a sharp knife is so nice to use

To begin, the Fischer Sheraton Weather Station is simply beautiful in terms of its design. Its function has been outstanding as well. The thermometer and hygrometer do very well, as I pretty much expected. I was a little nervous about whether the barometer would operate correctly since I live at an altitude of 5500 feet. But there are instructions for how to make the necessary adjustment for high altitude and they're easy to execute. I did have to make a couple of small adjustments during the first week or so in order to have the barometer "line up" with the local weather bureau's readings. But, having done so, it works great and operates in synch with the weather bureau's readings. So that lets me have a sense of what's happening without having to check the weather bureau or the local news weather forecast. I'm really happy to have this, my own private "weather station" that works so well.

Westmark Strainer "Naughty Fruit", is perfect for preparing cranberries for sauce! Hard to find in USA, so glad you could ship internationally!
